The Saucicreors are highly anticipated by charcuterie professionals and number among France’s most important awards because of the diversity of the subjects they cover. The judging panel includes some of France’s top food professionals, professors, master craftsmen and more.
This year, more than 280 of our products were included in all seven categories. As a first-time entrant, Salaisons du Mont Charvin went home with no fewer than two awards!
